BeauJax Boutique is proud to offer some of the fastest gift and accessories shipping available! The majority of our items are processed, monogrammed and shipped within 3-5 days, however, there are some exceptions because we work with so many wonderful vendors!
So as a general rule, for your planning purposes, please allow up to 14 business days for receipt of your order.
HELPFUL ORDERING TIP: In a hurry to receive your gift? We understand that sometimes you just need your item(s) super fast - if that is the case, please email us BEFORE you order at email@example.com and give us an opportunity to check on an anticipated order shipping timeframe. We're always happy to help and want to get your items to you as quickly as possible!
As a consideration, feel free to choose our second-day shipping option to expedite shipping of your merchandise, (please note this option does not speed up the processing time).
HELPFUL ORDERING TIP FOR DOG APPAREL: Our vendors have various sizing of their apparel. Carefully consulting the sizing chart on the coat, dress, or tank you would like to order before ordering will give your dog a better fit and sometimes alleviates the need for returns later. Always measure your dog from the base of the tail to its neck for a better fit. Weight is the second size determining factor.
We LOVE our customers, but personalized/monogrammed items are non-returnable and non-refundable, so be sure to double - check your personalized orders when placing them!

If we notice something doesn't seem quite right with your order, (i.e., placement of initials or any potential discrepancies), we may contact you with questions. Providing your phone number on your order enables us to communicate with you more quickly regarding your purchase. We will not contact you via phone for telemarketing purposes.

In rare instances, we may need to cancel all or part of an order for and in those events, you'll be notified in advance. These incidences may include:
- Unavailable product(s)
- Difficulty in processing your payment information
- Inability to ship to address provided
If your order is canceled, you will receive an e-mail notification and will not be billed for any canceled products. Once an order is canceled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on our website.
- All returns must be received within 5 days from the day we ship your order, so please notify us via email immediately upon receipt of your merchandise for Return Approval at email@example.com. Please provide us with your order number and any relevant information. PLEASE DO NOT return merchandise to us before you have secured approval.
- Not all items are eligible for return and must be approved in advance, (i.e., dog clothing or dog toys that have been removed from original packaging, do not have tags attached, or have been worn). Some potential returns may require photo documentation.
- Refunds are issued in the form in which it was paid if approved; Some exceptions may warrant store credit. You will receive further instructions upon approval for the return process. Thank you for contacting us immediately so we can work with you! We are not able to offer a refund until the merchandise is received. Original shipping paid on purchase is non-refundable.
- Please allow up to 7 days to process your return and refund.
- Store credit is good for one year from issue date if store credit is given.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- We reserve the right to amend our order cancellation or return policy as deemed necessary to provide our customers the very best shopping experience possible.

We are not responsible for any customs costs or local taxes associated with your purchase, however, will provide you with the proper customs forms when necessary.
