A: We are open 24 hours for orders and our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are closed on all major U.S. holidays. Should we be unavailable at other times, we will post it on our website for your convenience. Here are the best ways to contact us:
- Chat with us! We are online to chat with you 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. If we happen to be "offline", you can still leave us a message and we will respond to you via your email address! We are very responsive after hours as well.
- We also offer customer service support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response, but our response time is typically within 5-10 during business operating hours.
- You may also reach us by phone at (727) 491-8080, during business hours. Or leave us a message and we will return your call next business day.
Q: How should I enter the monogram or initials when I am ordering a personalized gift?
A: Please enter your intials as you would want them to appear on your item. We will process your personalized order EXACTLY as you have EnTeRed iT. :)

Personalization is just that - Personal! Place your initials any way you would enjoy seeing them. Please keep in mind, that the way you enter them in the space provided, that is exactly how we will order your item. There are no returns on personalized items. Please leave us any additional information in the comments section at checkout if there are any concerns or preferences and we will make sure your order is just right for you. Men's monograms contain initials that are all the same size. For Ladies, the initial in the middle will appear a little larger than the other two to the sides. Please refer to our monogram guides on the product.
Q: How quickly will I receive my order?
A: BeauJax Boutique is proud to offer some of the fastest gift and accessories shipping available, but as a general rule, for your planning purposes, please allow up to 14 business days for receipt of your order.
The majority of our items are processed, monogrammed and shipped within 3-5 days, however, there are some exceptions. Quick Ship Gifts and Accessories have been curated in their own collection for your shopping convenience. If there are any questions at all about turnaround time or delivery, please feel free to email us at email@example.com. We know that sometimes you need your gifts super fast - contact us and let us help you strategize! We're happy to help and want to get your items to you as quickly as possible!
As a consideration, feel free to choose our second-day shipping option to expedite shipping of your merchandise, (please note this option does not speed up the processing time).
Q: Will I receive a tracking number for my purchase?
A: Yes. As soon as your package leaves fulfillment, you will receive a tracking number.
Q: How Safe is your Site?
A: The BeauJax Boutique website is SSL encrypted. There are layers of security to ensure that your information is safe when entered on our site. Your credit card information is not stored with us. We are certified by reputable sources such as Shopify and Go Daddy as a secure shopping site. These certifications ensure the shopping safety of our customers. Your payments are always secure with us.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards through our secure checkout and as well as provide our customers the convenience of making a secure payment through PayPal. You are automatically forwarded to the PayPal site for checkout should you choose that option. We do not accept checks.

Q: Do you offer International Shipping?
A: We do! We offer a low cost opportunity to ship items that weigh under 1 pound. Not sure how much your item(s) weigh? Don't see your country listed in checkout? Email us for a quote for shipping!

Q: Do you have a brick and mortar location?
A: No. At this time, we are an online presence only. We have fulfillment operations in Palm Harbor, FL.
